We live in a world in which a self-serving mindset prevails.  Equip2Serve wants to develop leaders with a different mentality.

Our vision is to see a new generation come up who embrace life as a collaborative effort.  The journey is not one you take alone.  Great leaders are great not because they dictate from afar, but because they care enough to lead from the trenches.  To make this goal a reality, we seek to instill an others-first work ethic in our future leaders.

Our calling to serve others, regardless of the task, is as important as the calling itself.

People change people. As we lead through examples of service, we will begin to see the transformation spread to others around us as well.
