Equip to Serve is a team of seasoned leaders who desire to facilitate the development of individuals, organizations and ministries that address the needs of others in our community, our surrounding area and across the world. We do so by providing educational resources and support with the goal of increasing the effectiveness of those that serve others. Here are just a few of the ways Equip to Serve has practically accomplished these goals:

Rapid population growth, accompanied by demographic changes of a magnitude rarely seen, is transforming the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Estimates of a population growing to over 8 million in less than ten years are astonishing. Even more so are the projections that 45% of the future population will be Hispanic. Working with local churches and other agencies, Equip to Serve is sponsoring a unique training opportunity for Hispanic leaders.

For numerous years, Ante Su Palabra has been a conference held in South America with the purpose of training and encouraging Hispanic church leaders.  In February 2018, Equip2Serve brought Ante Su Palabra to the United States for the first time.  Our team is involved once again, this time adding a women’s seminary level pre-conference workshop, underwriting over 40 scholarships, implementing an entirely new IT registration system and reaching hundreds of new people.  Our continued commitment is to equip men and women actively engaged in serving others in the DFW Metroplex and across the world.
